0. Service Overview & Key Definitions

Gfit Cards is a fitness challenge sponsorship platform. When a Sponsor purchases a Gfit Card, the full amount paid becomes revenue of Gfit Card LLC. The Sponsor is funding a fitness challenge for the recipient. The recipient may earn a promotional gift card reward by completing verified physical activity. Rewards are fulfilled as third-party gift cards and have no cash value.

Gfit Card LLC is not a bank, money transmitter, or stored value provider. We do not hold funds on behalf of users or recipients.

1. Our Service

Gfit Cards operates as a sponsorship platform. Sponsors purchase sponsorships that fund fitness challenges. The payment made by the Sponsor is non-refundable revenue to Gfit Card LLC. Upon successful completion of the challenge, the recipient may select and receive a promotional gift card from our partner Tremendous. All rewards are promotional in nature and have no cash value. Gfit Card LLC does not engage in money transmission, issue prepaid cards, or transfer funds to recipients.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and claim a promotional gift card reward.
• Anyone may purchase a Gfit Card Sponsorship as a gift. Minors may participate in the fitness challenge portion under parental supervision, but all reward redemptions must be completed by an account holder who is 18 or older.

3. Challenges & Rewards

• A Gfit Card Sponsorship funds a fitness challenge. The sponsorship amount (e.g., $25, $50, $100) represents the maximum promotional gift card reward the recipient may earn upon challenge completion.
• Challenges are completed by logging verified physical activity (running, walking, or other qualifying movement) via the Gfit mobile app.
• Upon completion, the recipient may select a promotional gift card from the Tremendous catalog. The reward has no cash value and cannot be converted to cash.
• Challenges do not expire — they remain open until completed, no matter how long that takes.
• We may close completely inactive challenges after 24 months of inactivity to manage dormant accounts.
• All fees are charged upfront to the Sponsor. There are no hidden fees deducted from the reward value.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments for Gfit Card Sponsorships are final and non-refundable. Because each sponsorship funds a personalized challenge, we do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

5. Reward Fulfillment

• Upon challenge completion, recipients may select a promotional gift card reward from the Tremendous catalog. Tremendous delivers the reward digitally to the recipient's email.
• Promotional gift card rewards are fulfilled by Tremendous and are subject to Tremendous's terms and conditions.
• Gfit Card LLC does not issue cash, ACH transfers, or bank payments of any kind.
• We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or withhold rewards for suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or legal compliance requirements.

Gfit Card LLC reserves the right to withhold, modify, or deny any reward for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Completion of a challenge does not create a contractual right to a reward.

6. User Accounts & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Attempt to manipulate challenge tracking or engage in fraud
• Submit false workout data or use automation to simulate physical activity
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

7. Fitness & Health Disclaimer

Our Service involves physical activity tracking. You acknowledge that:

• Jogging and physical exercise carry inherent risks of injury.
• You participate at your own risk and are solely responsible for your health and safety.
• We are not a medical service and do not provide medical advice.
• Consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness program.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and technology on the Service are owned by Gfit Card LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gfit Card LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Arapahoe County, Colorado, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
