1. Our Service

Gfit Cards is a platform that allows users to purchase virtual gift cards ("Gfit Cards"). Recipients can redeem the full face value of these cards by completing verified jogging or other qualifying physical activities tracked through our mobile app.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and request payouts.
• Parents and guardians may purchase Gfit Cards as gifts for minors. Minors may redeem the value of gifted cards through the app under parental supervision, but all payouts must be requested and processed by an account holder who is 18 or older.

3. Gift Cards & Redemption

• The full stated face value of a Gfit Card is available for redemption once claimed.
• Redemption is based on verified physical activity (primarily jogging) according to the specific rules of each card.
• Cards do not expire with respect to their face value.
• We may impose reasonable activity requirements or expiration on completely unused cards after significant periods of inactivity (typically 12–24 months) to manage dormant accounts.
• All fees, including payout processing fees, are charged upfront at the time of purchase. There are no hidden fees deducted from the card's redeemable value.

4. Payouts

• Recipients may request payout of their earned balance via ACH (bank transfer) once minimum thresholds are met.
• All payout processing fees ($1.50 per ACH transfer) are collected upfront at the time the card is purchased.
• Payouts are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and verification requirements.
• We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or refuse payouts for suspected fraud, violation of terms, or legal compliance.

5. User Accounts & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Attempt to manipulate redemption tracking or engage in fraud
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content (including workout photos or messages)
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

6. Fitness & Health Disclaimer

Our Service involves physical activity tracking. You acknowledge that:

• Jogging and physical exercise carry inherent risks of injury.
• You participate at your own risk and are solely responsible for your health and safety.
• We are not a medical service and do not provide medical advice.
• Consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness program.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and technology on the Service are owned by Gfit Card LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gfit Card LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
